To operate a great farm, you need great people. These, are those people.
Benjamin Sharfi
Founder and CEO
Having grown up farming, Ben, along with his family Lila, David, and Sarah, expresses a passion for animals and endeavors to raise them in a loving, safe, and healthy environment. After emigrating from Israel in 1969, Ben moved to the United States where he graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, earning a Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering and later his Master's at UCLA. Following his studies, he held brief positions at Hoffman Engineering and Rockwell International, before founding his own firms General Micro Systems and Byte Services.

With the establishment of NeshaFarm, Ben is able to combine his knowledge of agriculture, and decades of technology and business experience, to create a self-sustaining farm that not only rears premium quality foods, but that also promote nutritious eating to his family, friends, employees, and local community. He and his family are proud members of Rotary International and the Jacob Sheep Breeders Association.
